Not front line carers, but nevertheless essential to the smooth running of our service, is our team of office and training support staff with Sue Judge, Registered Manager of Harrogate Care at Home.

Joyce Godber

Managing Director
Joyce is the Managing Director of Harrogate Care at Home and has been involved in the Care Industry for over 40 years. Trained as a State Registered Nurse at Harrogate Hospital, Joyce then managed a large residential care home in Harrogate, following the retirement of her parents. Over 15 years ago, recognising that residential care was not the preferred choice of all elderly people, Joyce started to provide quality domiciliary care as an alternative to residential care. Harrogate Care at Home is the result of that initial vision. Joyce has always maintained the importance of providing choice for clients, respecting and involving all who use the service. Her priorities are the care and welfare of clients and the support of the dedicated staff who provide that care.
